We understand, however, that there may be instances when you need to return an item.   • Validity: All products purchased from ae.asimjofa.com will be considered only if they are received in a damaged condition, wrong size, incorrect article within 3 working days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked! 
  • Conditions Qualified for Refund: Articles are qualified for refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your device settings, therefore products are not eligible for refund for this particular reason. Any excess fabric. or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange/refund claims will not be regarded as valid.

ASIM JOFA Global reserves the right to refuse compensation or a refund for damaged items if this information is not provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ASIM JOFA Global is not liable to refund the amount in the below event.

  • If an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled.
  • If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Asim Jofa Global is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
  • If the parcel is held by the Customs department of the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing all relevant documentation to the authorities. Asim Jofa Global is not liable to refund the amount in the event of non-clearance of the parcel.

Refunds: If an order has been cancelled before dispatching, it can qualify for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
